We know you're excited to experience your new color samples, and we'll do everything we can to get them to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed promptly after purchase and fulfilled through one of our trusted production partners.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided whenever available.

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We'll work with our shipping partner to investigate and determine the best resolution.
United States Orders
Shipping is a flat $8.95 per order, regardless of how many colors or samples you purchase. Order 10 or more samples in a single transaction and receive free shipping.
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours and shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight from Olive Branch, Mississippi. FedEx pickups occur on business days, excluding government holidays.
Estimated Delivery Schedule
• Orders placed by midnight ET Monday through Thursday are typically delivered the next business day.
• Orders placed by midnight ET Friday are typically delivered Monday.
• Orders placed by 8:00 PM ET Saturday are typically delivered Monday.
• Orders placed after 8:00 PM ET Saturday or on Sunday are typically delivered Tuesday.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by order processing, holidays, weather, carrier delays, address accuracy, and product availability.
Multiple Colors
You may purchase multiple colors in one order. The domestic shipping charge remains $8.95 for the entire order unless the order qualifies for free shipping.
Separate transactions are treated as separate orders and will each incur the applicable shipping charge.
PO Boxes
FedEx Priority Overnight cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business street address during checkout.
